Tnnwka is dedicated to providing users with a reliable and refined audio-visual experience. Every speaker and projector undergoes rigorous testing and quality inspection. We aim to deliver wonderful audio-visual experiences while also ensuring peace of mind during use.



Warranty Scope and Validity

Scope of Application

This warranty policy is effective from the original delivery date and applies only to genuine products purchased through official Tnnwka channels or authorized dealers.


Warranty Period

The standard warranty period is one year (calculated from the purchase date).

Warranty periods may vary slightly for different models or special editions. Please refer to the product manual or warranty card for details.



Warranty Service Content

Under normal use conditions, Tnnwka guarantees that the product is free from defects in manufacturing, materials, or workmanship during the warranty period. In the event of a quality problem, we will provide one of the following services depending on the specific circumstances:

  • Free repair or replacement of faulty parts (including labor and material costs);
  • Replacement of the entire unit (a replacement product of the same model or equivalent function);
  • Refund of a portion of the original purchase price based on the remaining warranty period.

Please note: Once repair or replacement is completed, the original warranty period will resume and will not be extended again.



Situations Not Covered by Warranty

We understand that accidents are inevitable during use, but the following situations are not covered by the warranty:

  • Damage caused by drops, impacts, water damage, or misuse;
  • Failure to use, maintain, or store the product according to the user manual;
  • Unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly;
  • Normal wear and tear on consumable parts (such as batteries, casing, cables, etc.);
  • Damage caused by humidity, temperature, dust, or force majeure (such as fire, flood);
  • Products purchased from unofficial sales channels or without valid proof of purchase.

Even if outside the warranty period, we can still provide paid repair services so you can continue to use the product with peace of mind.



Warranty Application Process

Step 1: Submit an Application

If your device experiences a problem within the warranty period, please send an email to noah@tnnwka.com. Please include the following information in your email:

  • Name and contact information;
  • Product model and serial number (see device or packaging);
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order screenshot);
  • Description of the problem and photos or videos.

Our customer service team will reply and confirm warranty eligibility within 1-2 business days.


Step 2: Return the Product

After receiving confirmation, please properly pack the product according to the instructions in the email and send it to the designated service center.

Please include the following in the package:

  • Copy of the customer service confirmation email;
  • Copy of the purchase receipt;
  • A brief description of the problem.

Please ensure you receive confirmation before sending the product. Unauthorized packages may not be accepted.


Step 3: Inspection and Processing

The after-sales center will inspect and evaluate the product upon receipt. Products meeting warranty conditions will be:

  • Free repair;
  • Replacement with the same model or equivalent product;
  • Or a proportional refund.

The typical inspection and processing time is 7-14 business days (excluding shipping time).



Additional Notes

Warranty service is only applicable to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Replacement units or parts may be brand new or certified refurbished, but their performance and appearance will meet Tnnwka's stringent standards.

Tnnwka is not liable for indirect losses caused by product malfunctions (such as data loss or usage delays).
