We understand you're eager to experience your new audio-visual equipment. Tnnwka offers free standard shipping on all orders, and we'll do our best to ensure your products arrive safely and on time, no matter where you are.

Logistics Partners: We partner with several reputable international carriers to ensure stable and reliable transportation services.
Processing Time: All orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 1–2 business days after confirmation (excluding holidays).
Order Confirmation and Shipping Notification
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, the system will automatically send a confirmation email to your registered email address: noah@tnnwka.com.
The email will contain order details and the estimated shipping time. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam/junk mail folder.
Shipping Notification
Once your order is packaged and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Logistics tracking number;
- Carrier company name;
- Real-time tracking link.
You can check the shipping progress at any time by clicking the link. Please note that there may be a delay of several hours between the generation of the tracking number and the availability of the first tracking information, which is normal.
Order Tracking and Account Services
You can track your order in two ways:
Log in to your account: Log in or register your Tnnwka account to view all order statuses, download receipts, register products, and receive exclusive offers.
Use your order number: If you do not wish to register an account, you can also directly use your order number to view the latest tracking status on the tracking page.
Delivery Time
Delivery time will vary depending on your delivery location. Generally, it takes approximately 7–14 business days to arrive. Slight delays may occur in remote areas or during holidays.
All estimated delivery times for all orders are for reference only and are subject to local customs and logistics status.
Order Modification and Cancellation
To ensure fast shipping, our system will begin processing your order immediately after you place it.
Therefore, once an order is confirmed, it is impossible to modify the goods, address, or cancel the order. In case of special circumstances, please contact us by email as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
Shipping Issues and Lost Package Handling
If your package experiences any issues during transit (such as delays, loss, or damage), please contact our customer service team as soon as possible after discovering the problem and provide the following information: Order number; Shipping address; Problem description and relevant photos (if applicable).
We will coordinate with the logistics company to investigate and arrange for reshipment or a refund based on the results.

Please ensure your contact information is accessible during shipping and transit so the courier company can contact you.
If the package is returned due to incorrect recipient information, no one to sign for it, or other reasons, we may charge you additional shipping fees.
For uncontrollable factors such as holidays, weather, or customs delays, we will actively follow up to minimize your waiting time.
