We hope every user is satisfied with Tnnwka products. If you find the product unsuitable, unsatisfactory, or has quality issues after receiving it, you can apply for a return within 30 days of signing for it.
Return Process
Contact Our After-Sales Team
Before returning the product, please send an email to noah@tnnwka.com with the following information to help us process your request quickly:
- Order number;
- Contact person's name and phone number;
- Shipping address;
- Reason for return (e.g., product damage, malfunction, discrepancy from description, other);
- Product photos (including overall appearance, details, packaging, and shipping label).
Our customer service team will reply to you within 2 business days, confirming your eligibility for return and providing a specific return address and instructions.
Safe Packing for Return
Please place the product, all accessories, instruction manual, and outer packaging together in the original packaging, or use a sturdy box for proper protection.
We recommend adding padding material inside the box to prevent damage during transportation.
Return Confirmation and Refund
After receiving the returned package, we will complete the inspection within 3–5 business days and notify you of the results.
The refund will be returned to the original payment account within 7–14 business days after confirmation. The exact arrival time may vary slightly depending on the bank or payment channel.

If you return the package without contacting us in advance, we may not be able to identify or process the return.
The product must be in its original condition, including undamaged, unused, unrepaired, and with all labels intact.
Special offer items, gifts, and customized products are not eligible for no-reason returns.
About Products Containing Lithium Batteries
For products with built-in lithium-ion batteries (such as Bluetooth speakers), for safety reasons, please stop using them immediately and contact our after-sales team if you find any of the following:
- Battery bulging or significant swelling;
- Liquid leakage;
- Deformed or melted casing.
Do not disassemble or return the product yourself. Customer service will provide you with a safe handling solution based on the specific situation.
